Q&A CPT code(s) for l.heart catheterization, with coronary angiography and l. ventriculogram

I am studying to become a coder and I'm having difficulty determining the codes for a scenario. I believe the patient is in the hospital and has a left heart catheterization with a coronary angiography, and left ventriculogram. I have come up with 93458-26 for the catheterization and 93566 for the injection. Is this right?

I just did and that helped. I'm still not sure if the use of the modifier 26 is correct? I believe my cath and injection codes are good.
